1. Eligibility
To participate in the program, you must:

Provide accurate registration details
Bridgeport Group Training Academy reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
Promote Bridgeport Group Training Academy programs in a professional, ethical, and accurate manner
Clearly represent course offerings, outcomes, and expectations without misleading claims
Disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines
Use only approved branding, messaging, and promotional materials when provided
Affiliates may not guarantee job placement, income levels, or outcomes unless explicitly stated by Bridgeport Group Training Academy.
3. Qualified Referrals & Commissions
A qualified referral is defined as:
A new student who enrolls in a Bridgeport Group Training Academy program through an affiliate’s unique link or referral process
Enrollment that is fully completed and paid (or meets program payment requirements)
The referral is not canceled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent
Commission details:
Commission rates and structures will be communicated separately
Commissions are only earned on verified, completed enrollments
Self-referrals are not eligible for commission
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are processed on a scheduled basis (typically monthly)
Payments are issued after a verification period to account for cancellations or refunds
Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold to receive payment
Any refunded or canceled enrollments will be deducted from future payouts
Bridgeport Group Training Academy reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions due to policy violations or suspicious activity.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about programs or outcomes
Using spam, unsolicited outreach, or deceptive marketing practices
Bidding on branded keywords or impersonating Bridgeport Group Training Academy in ads without written permission
Misrepresenting themselves as employees or official representatives of the organization
Offering unauthorized discounts, incentives, or financial guarantees
Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, course materials, and branding associated with Bridgeport Group Training Academy remain the sole property of the organization. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use approved materials solely for promotional purposes.
7. Termination
Bridgeport Group Training Academy may terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for:
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Fraudulent or unethical behavior
Misrepresentation of programs or services
Upon termination:
All promotional use of affiliate links and materials must cease immediately
Any pending commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred
Affiliates may also opt out of the program at any time with written notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bridgeport Group Training Academy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program. We do not guarantee specific earnings, enrollments, or performance results.
9. Modifications
Bridgeport Group Training Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
